Bridge in the fog – if anyone remembers, then the famous Claude Monet was a series of paintings, dedicated to London Waterloo Bridge. If my memory serves me, in this series was more 40 paintings. Most of them just contained the bridge and fog. This series also called the London fog. In my series of photos less. more precisely, less selected to display pictures. And the bridge is London, and the Saratov and the River Thames not, a Volga, but still frozen, but still the mist and the bridge in the pictures are present.

Let us return to the fog and the bridge. As you know from the beginning of my story, Bridge in the fog – This classic landscape and to this subject has been accessed artists, followed by photographers is not one hundred years.

What's the big deal, that attracts creative people? I'll give my opinion, with which you can agree or not. In my opinion the "Bridge in the fog" – it is not simply a statement of the subject and the weather. Of course, sometimes the creation of most of these ores is so ugly, that the nature of all kind of contempt says "Phi" and "Fu", but it is well-known bridges often good harmony with the surrounding environment.

In the urban landscape, both on the same paintings Monet, human environment prevails, as is the nature of the fog and the river. Nature serves as a backdrop to the urban landscape and creates accents and humor.

Fog has always been used by artists and photographers to transmit mood. sorrow, sometimes melancholy, sometimes the transmission of thought of the futility of all, and sometimes even romance and hope. Fog – universal tool, having a weight shades (shades of gray), for the transmission of thoughts and ideas.

On my pictures, I've tried to convey not melancholy or some sadness, and the romance of the place and time. The first days of spring, snow and slight haze. Not, I think it's not sad, but calmly and optimistically enough in my opinion.

Of course, you judge, but as an artist, designer reports, when I shot, I was not sad. Although, to be honest, then the fun too especially was not. Snow piled this year Nemerow, and yet I made it to the location, a couple of times fell to his knees in the snow.
