Photo ENEA has always been used as an illustration of life in Moscow. And before ENEA colorful photo spread, as a confirmation of the achievements of the Soviet Union. Exhibition Complex was called Exhibition of Economic Achievements.
Initially the complex was called "All-Union Agricultural Exhibition" (VSHV) . It was opened in 1939 year. After she changed its name once - ENEA USSR, VVC and finally - ENEA.
It is believed, that ENEA is the largest exhibition center in Europe, as well as part of the 50 the world's largest.
ENEA knew heyday - with 39 by 41, with 1954 before the collapse of the USSR. In the 90 complex is gradually declining, Square surrendered by markets, outlets, appeared on the territory of a different company's profile, to exhibition activities concerning undocumented.
AT 2014 the complex has regained its name and began reconstruction programs. I had to repair all the buildings, as the dilapidation has touched the entire complex. Except for repairs it has been built and is already working Moskvarium - the largest oceanarium in Moscow.
