Spring forest landscape - so what, what, but we have such a nature in the middle lane. There is where to roam, i.e, take a picture for a lover of forest landscapes.

There are a lot of forests in Russia and they are different - and conifers, and from deciduous trees and in hilly and lowland forests. There are also mountains. I didn't have a chance to shoot a forest in the big mountains. In the Urals - it was a long time ago and I was horseless. In Kamchatka, the camera was, but it was Vilya Auto and it was more 30 years ago - where are those negatives? And even earlier, in the late 70s and 80s, there was the Caucasus, Far East – then I was still a boy, then in the army, and there was no time for photo fun.

So I only recently got to the forests with a camera, and it doesn't always work out like this, as planned. here, eg, this year I planned to shoot in the Saratov region in May - but it didn't work out – all sorts of viruses with quarantines. But I still have a selection of spring forest landscapes from the Engelsky forest park in the storeroom.

by the way, Engelsky forest is a great place for a landscape photographer - a large number of different locations . There are lakes here, groves - oak, pine, birch, small hills, yes a lot of things.

I.e, if you set out to shoot landscapes, then for a serious landscape photographer there is something to keep yourself busy for a few days. Even though it's called a forest park, but the places there are enough wild.

Last year I managed to highlight a day and walk with a camera through the forest park and take a couple of dozen pictures. I also shot the video and am attaching it to this material..

Unfortunately, when I went to shoot, then I left the tripod at home and did not manage to remove everything, as planned. Why didn't you take? In the video I say, I forgot, which is not entirely true. How can you forget, going to take pictures of landscapes, tripod? Just looked at him, estimated his weight and did not take.

But then we walked more freely. I will not say, that I went very light – two lenses 24-120 and 80-200 just in case, plus all the junk in the backpack, weigh a lot. But unnecessary 1,5 kg still does not make life easier.

So I walked through the woods. Spring is all around, new leaves appear, grass and something somewhere even starts to bloom - the Saratov region is a warm enough place and now spring feels like it comes earlier, what was it 40 years ago.

What i filmed? I followed the main walking route through a larch grove with a very beautiful straight path between tall trees, then, along paths with large oak trees, he approached the lakes and went out to a small pine grove.

So that, It was, what to remove. Lucky with the weather, but I must say, that there are fewer cloudy days in the Saratov region, than in Moscow - the south is almost.

Of course, a real landscape photographer will come out early in the morning, until dawn and will wait for the rising sun. by the way, there are such places, where the sunrise will look great in the photo, but I'm too lazy to get up so early and for myself I shoot in the afternoon or late afternoon after or before the regime time. I just like the daytime picture better.
